Heather Watkins

Heather completed her undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University. While there, she performed with The Dancer’s Company (now known as Contemporary Dance Theater). Upon receiving her Bachelors Degree from BYU in Dance Education, Heather began teaching at Mountain Ridge Junior High in the Alpine School District where she found joy in teaching 7th, 8th, and 9th grade dance for four years. In addition, Heather has also been a dance instructor at BYU for the Children’s Creative Dance Program, Orem Dance Theater studio, and Children’s Visions.

Heather has performed in various parts of the United States and abroad including Mexico, China, and the Czech Republic. She has also performed as a guest with BodyLogic and has been a member of the Wasatch Contemporary Dance Company.  While dance has always been one of her strong passions, Heather also enjoys spending time with her husband, Sean and their two children, Halle and Mitt. She and her family reside in Spanish Fork.
