Jessica Beardall

Musical Theater, Tap and Combo

Jessica grew up in the beautiful mountains of Colorado where she started dancing at age 3 in her Tiny Tutus ballet class. She has loved performing of all kinds ever since, participating in studio dance, high school dance team, and various musical theatre productions growing up. She recently graduated with her BFA in Acting from Brigham Young University. Also at BYU she danced as a member of the Kinnect and DancEnsemble dance companies. She has performed in many theatrical dance shows including her favorite role as Kathy Seldon in “Singin’ in the Rain”. She’s also directed musical theatre as the choreographer for “The Wizard of Oz”. She loves teaching and kids as evident in her job as a dance teacher and a seminary teacher during the day. When she is not dancing or teaching she loves to spend her time with her husband, Caden, eating copious amounts of ice cream and watching cute baby videos.

Since then, Abby has been consumed by her love of performing and encouraging others to do the same. Some of her favorite roles include Maria in The Sound of Music and the Purser in Anything Goes. Abby hopes to inspire children to indulge in the joy of musical theatre the same way the VHS of Cats did for her. She also hopes to encourage young theatre lovers to embrace their individuality and love of performing without fear of what others may think.

Abby recently relocated from Charleston, South Carolina to Spanish Fork. Outside of the studio, Abby works as a marketer and a branding consultant. She enjoys movies, playing outside, Disney World, collecting Playbills, traveling with her in-laws, petting animals, and spending time with her sweet partner Dalyn.
