Tracy Steck

Tracy’s girls started dancing at Lifehouse 15 years ago.  She has loved and appreciated what the studio has taught her girls. She feels it has shaped them into strong, hardworking, confident young women.  When asked to help with costumes at a Nutcracker performance, she said yes as a way to give back to the studio and its teachers.  What started as a small favor a few years ago, turned into Tracy becoming an invaluable part of the Lifehouse family.  She brought her skills from working at NuSkin, and traveling the world to improve processes and systems, to our studio.  She excels at streamlining processes and making us all more efficient.  Her ability to organize and think through best practices has been a huge asset to the teachers, directors and our Lifehouse families.
