Heather Jefferies
Heather began taking ballet classes at age three and absolutely fell in love with dance! Growing up in Sacramento, California, she had the amazing opportunity of working at the California Music Circus at age 11, starring as Amaryllis in The Music Man and from that point forward she has been hooked on musical theater. Heather attended a performing arts high school in Sacramento. Her senior year she was awarded a place at the YoungArts program in Miami, Florida and became a Presidential Scholar in the Arts. She continued her education at Brigham Young University studying Music Dance Theater and spent two years touring with The Young Ambassadors to Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam. Heather has performed at many venues in Utah including Pickleville Playhouse, Sundance, on Studio C, and at The Hale Center Theater. While in college, she also began choreographing professionally for groups like Vocal Point, Studio C, Young Ambassadors, Voice Line, and Noteworthy. After completing school, she moved to New York and performed in the Broadway National Tour of Elf the Musical.
Heather has trained in ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop, modern dance, and musical theater. Her passion in every field is telling stories!
