Brynn Foote

Ballet

Brynn Foote was born and raised in Spanish Fork, Utah. She began her training at the age of eight under the direction of Jennie Creer-King at Classical Ballet Academy. At age 15 she danced with Lifehouse Performing Arts Academy for two years before attending Ballet West Academy at Thanksgiving Point.

Brynn is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Dance at Brigham Young University. She has performed with BYU Theatre Ballet for three seasons, during which she has had the opportunity to perform George Balanchine’s Valse Fantaisieand Walpurgisnacht Ballet,as well as Gerald Arpino’s Viva Vivaldi, and Reflections. She has also enjoyed performing many other classical and contemporary ballets, as well as working with many renowned teachers and repetiteurs, some of which include Stacy Cadell, Zippora Karz, Cameron Basden, David Arce, Mads Eriksen, Debby Hadley, and Susan Brooker.

Some of Brynn’s favorite roles and performances throughout the years include: Gretel (Hansel and Gretel), Princess Florine Bluebird Soloist and Jewels Soloist (Sleeping Beauty), Flower Festival Pas De Deux, Baby Swans Pas de Quatre (Swan Lake), and Dew Drop Fairy and Chinese Soloist (Nutcracker).

Ballet is her passion, but Brynn also loves baking, painting, gardening, hiking, watching sunsets, and spending time with her husband, friends, and family. Brynn loves performing, teaching, and creating, and she is excited to be able to return and share her passion with the dancers, students, audiences, and teachers at Lifehouse!
