Musical Theater

We will NOT be holding auditions for musical theater this year.  Students will enroll in classes according to their age.  Classes will be broken into the following age groups:

  • 6-8 year olds
  • 9-10 year olds
  • 11-12 year olds
  • 13-14 year olds
  • 15 + (high school)

Students within each class will have the opportunity if they so choose to audition and opt-in for lead rolls, solos and small group opportunities throughout the year that will be rehearsed outside of class as we prepare for performances.  Class time will be devoted to improving vocal technique, acting, getting better at learning music quickly and basic movement/dance skills.  Students will also learn group numbers in their classes for the shows.
