Kallene Chatterton
Kallene entered the world of choreography and showmanship as a competitive baton twirler. She added gymnastics and dance into her extracurricular activities, and found her happy place. She trained at Ballet Idaho, danced competitively with her high school and local studio, Studio C Academy, and began assisting and teaching classes at age 16. Kallene continued taking dance classes in ballet, jazz, ballroom, tap, and folk dance at Brigham Young University, and has continued her teaching career over the past 15 years in Washington and Utah. Kallene loves dance, music, expression, exercise, and fun. Her favorite style of dance to teach is ballet. She loves how ballet provides a strong foundation in correct alignment and proper body movement, which crosses directly over to any other dance form or athletic endeavor. She has also grown to love teaching littles, and getting to see their brains and bodies connect through dance.
Kallene is married to Paul, and has 4 kids. Her other hobbies include travel, hiking, mountain biking, crossfit, and audio books. If ice cream could be a hobby, that would make the list too.
