Heidi Perdue
Heidi’s passion for dance began at an early age with training in ballet, jazz, and tap under the direction of Roland Butler. From 13-18 she trained at Jaqueline College School of Ballet, where her love for classical ballet deepened.
Following graduation, Heidi pursued massage therapy, where she developed an appreciation for the physical, mental, and emotional care of the body. During this time, she continued her ballet studies at the Ballet Center. At age 19, Heidi began teaching ballet at the Ballet Center—an experience that not only solidified her love for teaching but also led to meeting her husband.
Heidi went on to teach at Hi-Light Dance Academy and later opened her own home studio in Saratoga, where she taught for 11 years. A proud mother of five, she has cherished the opportunity to share her love of dance with each of her children, particularly her two daughters, with whom she shared many memorable ballet moments. Now living in Salem, Heidi is thrilled to be part of the Lifehouse Performing Arts family.
