My body is a gift.  I will use it as an instrument to uplift and inspire others.

Our bodies are amazing!  We strive to be grateful for our bodies, for the way that they function and allow us to express and share stories and ideas.  We work to develop truth in our technique to enable us to better inspire through the art that we create.
