A dancer’s environment affects the way they learn and dance. It can uplift and inspire. These are the guiding principles behind Lifehouse Performing Arts Academy’s new 17,500 square foot facility in Salem, Utah. It is a state of the art facility that will provide our students a wonderful environment to learn and grow. It represents the values and mission of the studio while inspiring creativity and personal growth.
The new facility has seven studios, dressing areas, break area and a large and welcoming lobby with a small dance supply shop and information desk.
In the year 2000, the studio started in a converted 15×15 family room in the basement of director Nesha Woodhouse’s home. It has been an adventure to see Lifehouse grow through its different facilities including a garage, a converted racquetball court, Peeteneet Academy, an old True Value Hardware building to now having our own building custom built to suit the needs of the academy. We are so excited to have this beautiful place to study the arts, make friendships, and learn valuable life lessons.
